At minMAX we recognise that Leadership, Team Dynamics and Agile Systems collectively shape team and organisational performance. These are the building blocks of high-performing teams with genuine, honest Communication forming the foundation.
When we partner with organisations we address all of these areas. However because of the modular design we use, we can also offer focused sessions for companies and teams looking for something specifically targeted.
Our one-shots in these fundamental areas are designed to deliver value independently. They are self-contained and range from a half day to three days, including a mix of training and facilitated sessions, with a heavy focus on practical application.
Communication Level-Up

Method
We provide a scientifically founded communication curriculum through facilitated sessions, classroom based training, games, and practical application of DiSC and other models/techniques for understanding and leveraging communication, as well as giving and receiving feedback. This one-shot will include output of a highly detailed, scientifically based personalized assessment and report for each participant, as well as follow up access to any online tools at no extra cost.Logistics

Team Dynamics Level-Up

Our team dynamics program is grounded in agile fundamentals, and leverages Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team program for a quantitative starting point for team development. Through facilitated sessions and classroom based learning, we provide a shared understanding of agile principles, growth mindset, and team behaviours to cement the first and most important steps towards cohesion, fulfillment, and high performance. This one shot improves team effectiveness and productivity through the understanding and application of five key behaviours of high performing teams: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results, as well as the application of agile fundamentals and communication dynamics.Logistics

Agile Fundamentals

Outcome
